Returning Stranger – Anthony Anaxagorou

I recently helped a good friend & writer Anthony Anaxagorou with the cover for his latest book entitled “Returning Stranger”.

Anthony is an extremely talented poet & writer, and Returning Stranger will be the 4th book in his collections of writing. We wanted the cover to be completely subjective, but carrying an underlying message of duality or the returning to something once forgotten.

I think we managed to create a pretty striking cover for the book, leaving interpretation open to the reader. “Returning Stranger” will be available October 31st 2010 from his website store: http://store.anthonyanaxagorou.com/

If you have any interest in life, philosophy, or what it really means to be human, I urge you to pick up a copy.

Portraits – Fiona

This was one of the first photos I took with the Canon 5D, and after a second look I’m actually very happy with the focus & lighting. To date I’ve usually favoured taking photos ‘without‘ consent rather than ‘with’, but over the next few months I will aim to increase focus on portraiture.
